A great easy snack for after school or anytime!!
Mash a banana in a bowl and stir in peanut butter, 1/4 cup at a time, until the consistency is sticky and plyable enough to be able to roll it into little balls. Drizzle some honey into the mixture for added sweetness. Roll the mixture into little balls. Make them as big or as little as you want. Next roll them into dry oats (or finely chopped nuts, or mini choc chips) and put them on wax paper to set. If you want them chilled, just put them in the fridge until desired temerature. Enjoy!!
