Fun Kids Lunch: Lil’ Monster

This little guy is probably hiding under your bed or in your closet!!

Uummm…would that make him the Boogie Man?!?

Lil’ Monster

Toast a slice of bread and smear peanut butter on it.  Grate a small carrot in a bowl and then spread the carrot evenly over the peanut butter.  Use 5 miniature marshmallows for the base of the eye and then center half of an olive on top.  Break a pretzel stick in half and “screw” them into the sides of the toast for the arms.  Use shortened pretzel sticks for the legs.  I used the leafy part of some celery for the ears/antenna.  Use a strip of an apple peel for his mouth and two raisins for his teeth.  He’s deliciously monstrous!!
