HUMMINGBIRD HAWK MOTH NUMMIE

Make pancakes in the shapes of the body and wings.  You could also make regular pancakes and freehand cut the shapes out.  Use chocolate chips for the antenna.

1. The Hummingbird Hawk Moth migrates every summer.

2. They drink nectar from flowers just like real hummingbirds.

3. The larva are striped and have a tiny horn on the end.

4. They hover and hum just like a hummingbird!!

5. You can set your clock by them. The adults will fly a regular routine every day!!
