Healthy Kids Snack: Apple Boat

Great for snack or even breakfast.


~ Apple ~ Yogurt ~ Raisins ~ Marshmallows ~


Cut an apple in half. Use a spoon to dig the core out and then spoon out the rest of the apple to make a cup.  Put the dug out apple in a bowl and mix in yogurt, marshmallows, raisins. You can also use cool whip, pineapple, coconut, chocolate chips, or whatever you would like!  Be creative!!  Spoon mixture into the apple boat.  Use a toothpick and a slice of apple peel for the sail.
