This is a classic Nummie.

Melt a bag of chocolate chips (white, dark, milk, butterscotch, etc.) in the microwave for 1 minute and stir. Then heat and stir every 15 seconds until completely melted. Stir in 1/2 a cup of peanut butter.  Mix in 5 ounces of chow mein noodles (1 can) until completely coated.  I used muffin pans for my nests, but you can use a bowl or whatever depending on the size you want.  Spray cooking spray on the pan or bowl.  You can also use wax paper.  Spoon mixture into the bottom of the cups and press down the center to make it look like a nest. Put them all in the fridge for an hr or more to set.  I used a butter knife to pop them out.  Fill with fave candy, mine happen to be mini robin eggs, and you are finished!!

Perfect for Easter!!

My mom makes easter nests out of coconut & chocolate and puts jellybeans, whatever candy, and candies that look like bunnies & chickens… that’s a tradition from way back when for us! She even sent me some when I was in college!
