MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!
I graciously received a gift card from C&H/Domino Sugar!!
I used the card to make these tasty homemade gifts for my friends and family.
{WHICH THEY LOVED!!!}

The mini loaf pans were only $1 each.
I made 3 batches which filled 7 mini pans

{This is my hubby’s Oma’s recipe. Shhhhh….}
{ I just added the peanut butter and chocolate chips!! }
PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHIP BANANA BREAD
2 ripe bananas – mashed
1 3/4 cup flour
1 cup nuts – chopped {I use pecans}
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup + 1 Tbs buttermilk {secret ingredient}
1 1/2 cup Domino Sugar
1/2 cup oil {you can use olive oil}
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup peanut butter {or more for taste}
1/2 bag of chocolate chips {sift with flour so they won’t sink}
Preheat oven to 325. Grease and flour loaf pans. {I just spray mine.} Combine all ingredients, except choc chips, in large bowl and m ix well. Once mixed thoroughly, gently fold in the choc chips. Pour into prepared pans. Bake until top is brown or when you can insert a toothpick in the middle and it comes out clean. Usually about 1 hr. It took about 45 min or so for the mini loaves.
MY GIFT TO YOU!!!!
Enjoy!!!
