School is back in session, and although I love school for the routine (because we all know routines are a good thing), I admit that I miss my kids during the day. My girls are pretty fantastic, and I enjoy them. (“Awww…,” I know.) They’re growing up incredibly fast, and I try to cherish every hectic morning as we get ready for school and I watch them get on the school bus. When they get off the bus in the afternoon, my girls are starving, so we whipped up this fun after-school snack!
