vegan banana nutmeg pancakes

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups Aunt Jemima Whole Wheat Pancake & Waffle mix (original is vegan also)
2 cups almond milk (soy, rice)
2 Tbs. oil (coconut, olive…)
1 large ripe banana
1/4 tsp. nutmeg (or more depending on your desired flavor)
(And I adore cloves in mine, but I’m the only one, so I sprinkle it on once the batter is in the pan!)

DIRECTIONS:
Mash the banana in the mixing bowl.  Mix in the rest of the ingredients. Set aside to thicken while you heat up a skillet.  Use about 1/2 cup of batter for each pancake.  Makes about 11.  Serve warm.

We put peanut butter and syrup on our pancakes! So yummy!!
