When it comes to chili, a favorite recipe usually comes to mind. In our home, my hubby makes the chili, which my girls have lovingly named, Boo-berry Chili. I have no idea where they came up with that, but it’s fun. Spinning off the name, and since Halloween is around the corner, I’ve whipped up an oh so simple spooky dinner, Ghost Chili. Not to be confused with the actual Ghost Chili, which is crazy hot, and not very kid friendly!!
Simply cut ghost shapes out of mozzarella, or any white cheese, using straws to cut out the eyes, and place on top of warm chili. Serve warm, and before the cheese melts!
