Christmas Theme on a Budget: Comfy and Cozy

Winter Wonderland is my new theme this year, and since we are operating on a small budget, I pulled out my gargantuan bag of scarves, hats, and all things cozy, and got creative.  I’m still tweaking things here and there, but this is what it looks like at the moment…

Comfy Cozy Christmas

Comfy Cozy Christmas
Added a fuzzy red hat into the mix.
It’s covering a small pumpkin, but could be stuffed with paper to get it to stand up.

I wrapped a gray scarf around an existing wreath to give it a simple cozy feel.
Plus, I spray painted the wreath hanger white.

{And yes, Kittie-Pie is on the table…don’t judge me.}

I’m in love with cable knit, so, I wrapped a cable knit cowl/infinity scarf around a lamp shade.  I threaded stretchy string around the top to keep it snug.  I think it turned out pretty fantastic!!

Yes, I put a leg warmer on this lamp, as well as the lamp with  the cowl!!
I think it turned out cute!!

I wrapped a dark gray scarf around a green Christmas cone I already had.

Added a simple white scarf, hat, and mittens to this floor lamp.
I’m not completely sold on it, but it works for now!

Yes, it’s another leg warmer!!  I just added it to a large candle stick.

For my hubby’s office, I wrapped an oversized scarf around the lamp.
Gotta keep it masculine!!

And another “masculine” striped scarf in the office,
which I may, or may not have taken off of his winter coat!!

There you have it.
Cozy comfy Christmas on a budget!!!
And since I had all of the above, it was free!!!
