Here’s to another round of baaaad play on words!!
{If I told you my 4yo named him, would that make a difference?}

CINNA-BAAAAN

~ Apple ~ Marshmallows ~ Peanut Butter ~ Cinnabon Cereal ~ Raisin ~

See what my 4yo did there?
It’s because he is made out of Cinnabon Cereal!!

You won’t feel sheepish giving this snaaaack to your kids!!

TO MAKE CINNA-BAAAAN:

Core an apple and cut in half.
Get 4 toothpicks and stick 2 mini marshmallows on each.
Stick the toothpicks in the flesh of the apple for the legs.
Stand him up on his feet.
Spread peanut butter on the peel of the apple.
Stick Cinnabon Cereal on the peanut butter for the wool.
Cut a large marshmallow in half and in half again.
Use peanut butter to “glue” his head on the end of the apple.
Tiny pieces of raisin are used for his nose and eyes.

Nothing baaaashful about this little guy!!

I know ewe love the cheeziness!!

Whatever you want to call it, it’s a fun spring or summery way to give your kids a classic!!

PB&J FLOWER/PINWHEEL

~ Bread ~ Peanut Butter ~ Jelly ~ Marshmallow ~ Sugar Snap ~

A PB&J in full bloom!!

Spread peanut butter on a piece of bread.
Use a cup to cut a large circle out of the peanut buttered bread.
Spread jelly onto another piece of bread.
Use a smaller circle to cut out the jellied bread.
Place jelly circle on top of the peanut buttered circle.
Fold them in half.
Skewer a sugar snap onto a bamboo skewer for the leaves.
{If you want it to be a pinwheel, leave the leaf off.}
Skewer the folded sandwich onto the skewer.
Straighten the sandwich out.

Stick a mini marshmallow into the center to hide the stick.

VOILA!!

I stuck my flower into a small painted terracotta pot filled with rice.
I put black rocks on top to make it look nice.
You can use whatever you wish.

These would be so cute for a party!!!

CHICKEN SALAD GOBBLERS

~ Crackers ~ Chicken Salad ~ Almond Slices ~
~ Slivered Almonds ~ Craisins ~

Make chicken salad however your family eats it.  I think canned chicken is the easiest to use.  You could also use tuna.  Lay out as many crackers as you need.  Chicken salad is easy to form, so just roll into small balls for the turkey’s body.  Place them on the crackers.  Take a knife and cut a slit in the back of the body for the almond slices. {It was much easier to stick them in that way.}  Stick the almond slices into the divot. Form a small fingertip size oval for the neck and head and place on body.  Use an almond sliver for the beak.  Cut tiny pieces of craisin for the eyes.

Time to Gobble-Gobble!!!

My pan has this crazy slant and makes ALL my eggs look like this. You can just drop the eggs in slowly to get the shape you want.  Use a lid to cover them so they cook more thoroughly without having to flip them.  I used turkey sausage and cut it into strips for the head feathers and a triangle for the beak.  I LOVE the strawberry feathers.  They are heart shaped and perfect for showing your love for Dad!!!

The biscuits are really simple.  Just stretch them into the shape of a neck tie.

Roll up the skinny end to make the knot.

Bake as directed on the package.
