Good gracious. It seemed like it took forever for 2012 to get here, now Valentine’s Day is upon us!  Where did the time go??  I’ve already whipped up some Valentine fun for Kellogg’s and Recipe.Com {which haven’t published yet}, but have yet to start for my own site. As you’re prepping your Valentine’s Day meals and sweets this weekend, consider making this piglet for your lil’ Valentine. I was inspired by a Clipart image of a pig Cupid to create this oinker of a lunch treat. So. Stinkin’. Cute. My three little girls and I eat loads of peanut butter and jelly (or honey) sandwiches, but you can make Cupig out of any of your family’s favorite sandwiches. (I’m all about simplicity and making meals with ingredients you already have on hand.)
