Cut the top 1/3 off of a fun sized candy bar.  I used Baby Ruth. Cut the little piece into a triangle and then put it back for the head.  Cut raisins lengthways for the legs and the horn.

INTERESTING FACTS

1.  Only the male rhinoceros beetles have horns.

2.  He can lift 850 times it’s own weight.  A human can only lift 17 times their own weight.

3.  Their horns are completely harmless.  They use them for fighting with other males, burying himself to get away from predators, and finding food.

4.  It goes through 3 molting stages to get to it’s adult form.

5.  They only live about 1 yr even though their size would make you guess otherwise.
